IOMI-certified (International Office Moving Institute), Interstate expertly manages and executes all aspects of commercial office relocations, providing an all-inclusive, single source solution. Our PMP certified Project Managers provide oversight for the receipt, delivery and installation of every type of asset for a move including furniture, fixtures and electronic equipment, as well as offering full IT and data center relocations. We use special care when packaging sensitive office equipment and high-value items like computers, copiers, artwork, and antiques.  Our experienced and dedicated relocation management professionals can implement a comprehensive move schedule, which ensures safe and timely delivery and installation of systems furniture and artwork.

Healthcare
Interstate Logistics offers an Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T) program, which helps healthcare organizations open and successfully transition into new facilities. With our proven processes and procedures, we offer flexible, scalable and customized service. To this end, Interstate has invested extensively in high quality equipment, technology and training to ensure the industry’s highest standards in the handling, transportation and installation of high-value, sensitive medical equipment and supplies. Through our state-of-the-art asset management system that integrates seamlessly with vendor’s purchasing systems, you’ll have 24/7 in-transit visibility that tracks from the manufacturer, through our distribution facility, to the final specific installation location in the new healthcare facility.

Educational/Institutional/Industrial
Interstate has managed the installation, relocation and removal of various levels of institutional facilities. Municipal schools and Universities have relied on us to remove and renovate classrooms and instructional lab spaces, as well as manage relocations from temporary to permanent classrooms. Interstate has the experience and know-how to package lab materials that require temperature stability. Our project managers plan and oversee the entire process from beginning to end.

Hospitality
With over 6.5 million square feet of owned, leased or shared warehouse and distribution facilities around the world, Interstate has the capacity to store and manage large Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) projects in conjunction with New or Retrofit Hospitality projects. Our asset management application helps integrate existing FF&E with new assets into one comprehensive project inventory document. This system provides control over the entire process of logistics, from mapping diverse manufacturing points through installation and project completion. We’ve also invested significantly in material handling equipment, and our team has experience delivering and installing virtually every type of hospitality furniture in use today.

Government
Interstate is well-known for its comprehensive logistical support services—including warehousing, distribution, local, CONUS and OCONUS transportation by all modes of carriage. Our affiliation as both a prime and subcontractor with the U.S. Government stretches back to 1943, so we understand the rigorous demands of government-mandated budgets and deadlines, as well as SCA Wage determination requirements, Schedule 48 and LOGWORLD. Since we partner with Government agencies like DoD, GSA, DOJ and others, Interstate maintains a Government Facility Clearance.
